Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on shanayanaturals.com for Cardio Clean and any other products.

Shipping areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
(If you also ship internationally, add those countries here.)

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or COD confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Major cities: approx. 2–4 business days

  • Other areas / remote locations: approx. 3–7 business days

Delivery time can vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000.

  • For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat delivery fee (for example PKR 200) is applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations within Pakistan

  • Prepaid via supported online payment methods (where available)

The payment options available for your area will show at checkout.

Order confirmation & tracking

After you place an order, you’ll receive:

  1. Order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp

  2. Dispatch update when your parcel is handed over to the courier

  3. A tracking link or tracking number (where available) to follow your delivery

Wrong address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before confirming the order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • wrong/incomplete address

  • repeated failed delivery attempts

  • customer not responding to courier

then re-shipment charges may apply.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.
We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
